Hostel Policies and Guidelines

A complimentary breakfast is served in the dining area upstairs between 7:30 and 10:00 am.

If you would like to have your room cleaned and the bed sheets and/or towels to be changed while you are staying with us, please let us know in the office before 12:00 noon.

We kindly ask you Not to throw any bulky objects in the toilet... Not Even Toilet Paper! Please use the waste basket.

The Check Out time is 12:00 noon.

If there is something not working properly in your room, please inform us in the office. We will do our utmost to address any issue you may have with your room.

As a matter of respect, please keep the noise down in the hostel after 11:00 pm.

People visiting you at Dreamkapture are Not allowed in the rooms.

We are happy to keep your bags in the storage room. We are not responsible for your belongings. Please make sure your luggage is locked. The storage rate is $5.00 per bag per week for long term storage.

Time limit for picking up your bags from storage is 5:00 pm, after this time there is a $5.00 charge per bag.

There is a $5.00 charge for lost keys and $10 for missing towels.

Your comments and suggestions are very important to us. We would appreciate if you would let us know your opinion of the hostel and travel agency to the manager in the office.

In case of fire, earthquake, or any other natural disaster, please direct yourself to the swimming pool area.
